Bill Kaiser is a small business owner who spent 16 years serving Michigan families as the owner of All Weather Mechanical, Inc.
With more than 35 years of experience in the construction and HVAC industries, Bill understands the realities of hard work, payroll, and government regulation.
When shutdowns in 2020 labeled his business “non-essential,” Bill stepped up by launching a Victory Garden to help local families put food on the table — a project that now supports more than 20 families each year.
